4–5 fresh celery stalks (washed & chopped)
½ green apple (optional, for taste)
1-inch fresh ginger, peeled
½ lemon, juiced
½ tsp turmeric powder or 1-inch fresh turmeric
1 cup cold water (or coconut water)
Pinch of black pepper (boosts turmeric absorption)
Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
Add celery, apple, ginger, turmeric, and water to a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Strain if you prefer a lighter juice (optional).
