Exercises that the joints love
Important: Exercises must be chosen by a doctor or physiotherapist! Here are some basic exercises (do not start without consulting a doctor!):

2️⃣Heel slides.
3️⃣ Stretching the leg backwards, while holding onto the back of a chair.
The exercises are done slowly, without sudden movements, with slight discomfort, but without pain.
